TERMS AND CONDITIONS
APPLIES TO THE "7 DAYS EXCHANGE GUARANTEE"
- Any item, which is returned for exchange, will ONLY be accepted if accompanied with the ORIGINAL PLUG-INS ELECTRONIX receipt.
- Item without packaging / Broken packing cannot qualify for exchange.
- The item(s) should be in their original packing box, complete with packing, accessories, instructions and free gifts, which were supplied.
- NO items will be accepted if they show any sign of damages to the box, packaging, accessories, (FOC) or the product inside the box.
- Goods will be accepted ONLY if they are UNUSED.
- HYGEINE PRODUCT cannot be exchanged.
- FOC (free of charge) items are not covered under warranty.

- Books & Magazines
- Mobile phones accessories, IT accessories, Remotes or any other accessories.
- Personnel care product (such as, shavers, Epilators, Trimmers etc.)
- Pixel burn out & LCD damages not covered under warranty.
- Consumer items such as LCD lamps, Printer heads does not cover under warranty until unless approved by supplier.
- An item replaced under PLUG INS extended warranty makes initial warranty null and void.
